Catching up.

Now that I have settled down in to London again I can get out and enjoy myself. The weather has been beautiful and I am very lucky to be able to stay with friends of mine. It makes a huge difference having somewhere chilled out to crash when you are in another country and especially as my place won’t be ready until the end of August.

I’m staying just west of London in a similar area to where I was last time I was here and it’s surprising just how easily I have slept back in to my London headspace. I’ve got a nice sunny room and I’m feeling really good about this move back.

I still have some loose ends to tie up back home but things are moving ahead pretty smoothly. The blog host has been sorted now but there are still a few issues that need sorting out, It’s a little bit too slow for my liking at the moment and hopefully that will be sorted out in the next couple of weeks. The trouble with moving countries and jobs is that it knocks your finances around and I have to survive for a few weeks without an income.

The jet lag when I got here caught me by surprise as you can tell from the pic above. I arrived early last Friday morning and was feeling pretty good as I slept on the plain. I stayed awake all day Friday and then had a normal nights sleep on Friday night. Saturday was going to be a busy day and when I woke up I felt awesome. I showered and got dressed then sat down on the bed to check my Facebook. The next thing I knew I was waking up and it was 9pm. I had lost the whole day, so I rolled over and went back to sleep waking up Sunday morning at 4am and having missed the day I needed to sort out things like my phone and my banking. It was a bizarre feeling to just loose time like that.

Well this time you don’t have a cold so take it easy while you can and enjoy yourself above all be safe. Glad you are sorting things out and have slipped back to your London head space. Your very fortunate to have friends that can give you a room that takes a little pressure off for a bit. Till next time be well babe.
