Up your booty game with a 30 day squat challenge.


I get tonnes of questions about how I got my butt, maintain my butt and workout my butt. A while ago some of you might remember that I posted some 30 day fitness challenges. One of these was a squat challenge.


The best way to toned and and build your booty is with squats. Lots and lots of squats. The thirty day challenge above is a great way to get started on toning your butt and will also help you build strength and tone in your legs.

You don’t have to do them all in one go. Break them down in to sets of 10 or 15 to begin with and slowly work your way up to sets of 50 by the time you get to the end. Make sure you pay attention to the rest days as well.

Squats should be part of a total leg and butt workout. Squats on their own will make a difference but speak to a trainer about how you can add them to a total body workout.
