I’ve started to get quite a collection of bikinis and the Groovin ones from my Amazon wish list are my favourite by far. I have had Pink, White, Red and now Blue. I’m still keen to get one of each in all the other colours too.
You’ve seen my red speedo affectionately named Big Red but I think Big Blue is a good name for my blue Groovin Bikini. I haven’t had the chance to really give you a look at them but I finally had a proper weekend off and I thought what a perfect chance to show them off with another of my new crop tops.
The crop from Marek Richard is a great addition to my wardrobe. I really like the designs and sporty theme. It reminds me of the sporty guys training in crop tops that used to get me going when I was first discovering boys.
The extra small fits me well and the 80% cotton 20% poly blend is light and comfortable. I have to resist the temptation to pull it down all the time so I don’t stretch it. Having the breeze over your midriff is sexy and if you’re going to wear something like this you can’t be shy about it.
At first I was a little put off by all the buff guys on their website. At a slim 65 kg I was worried that their tops might not suit a slimmer body type but I’m happy with the fit. I’d love to see some slimmer fits or some styles that taper in slightly at the bottom for those of us who aren’t built like a football player.
I opted for more conservative styles to begin with but now that I have seen the fit and quality I’m keen to try something more adventurous. My NYE outfit is sorted!
The blue Groovin Bikini is a hot addition to my undies drawer. I have been wearing it under my jeans and shorts and the light stretchy material is almost as good as going commando. They stretch really nicely and while the quality on Amazon is a bit hit and miss I have found the Groovin brand to be really reliable. They are even comfortable enough to wear while working out although the material isn’t super durable, but for $17.00 USD a pair they are not too expensive to replace.
