Okay Team Space Time Traveller, it’s time for round two of the 30 day Squat Challenge and I thought I would kick this round off with a quick talky blog on how to do a squat.
You will also find the chart below with the number of squats you need to complete each day. You don’t have to do them all in one go or in one set. You can break it up in to 3 or 4 sets or do them throughout the entire day.
I’ll also be adding a push up challenge and an ab challenge soon for you all as well.
The reason for starting these challenges is that I am heading away on a new adventure very soon and I won’t be able to keep up my regular gym routine. I have started looking for exercises that I can complete using my own body weight or very limited equipment. For those of you who can’t get to a gym either, I hope that these posts prove to be very useful 🙂
